Pennsylvania’s museum and historical societies are receiving a financial boost from the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC). The group has awarded nearly $2 million in grants 153 museums and historical societies in 58 different counties.
The amount given to each organization varied from $4,000 to $40,000.
