Cameron County Historical Society are please to announce that, the pre-orders for "Reflections of Cameron County” books have arrived. All the pre-orders have been shipped or those that were not scheduled for shipment have been notified of the pickup location.
The response was so successful for the re-print of this book of twenty years ago we were able to obtain additional copies for those who may have missed the pre-ordering deadline. Many folks ordered extra to give as gifts to family and friends.
"Reflections" has 135 pages of over 400 photos that came from Cameron County residents, both present and past including some from the Cameron County Historical Society files. These images signify a wide range of the houses, businesses, and industry that once lined our streets, some still in existence today

It's a pictorial research tool that both the Historical Society and the Barbara Moscato Library use yet today to determine how things looked at a certain moment in time

Additional copies of "Reflections of Cameron County" can be purchased at the Barbara Moscato Memorial Library, Cameron County Chamber of Commerce, or the History Center on Greenwood Street, for a donation of $30 + $5 for those of you who may need it shipped:
