Carol J. Pearson, 70, of 3013 Santa Lucia Dr., Orlando, Florida, formerly of Emporium, PA died at her residence in Orlando on Thursday, January 14, 2010. She was born Aug 14, 1939 in Emporium a daughter of the late William and Kay Striech Swank. On August 14, 1937 in First Presbyterian Church, Emporium she married Thomas Pearson, who survives.
Mrs. Pearson graduated from Emporium High School in the class of 1957. While living in Emporium she had worked at the former Beacon Loan Co. before moving to Bradford and later to Orlando, FL. in 1989. She had been an avid bowler and a member of the First Presbyterian Church.

Funeral Service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, 205 East Fourth Street, Emporium, PA on Wednesday (January 20, 2010) at 12:00 PM with Rev. Philip W. Sanders, Pastor, officiating.
