" It's a beautiful day in Pennsylvania."
Good morning folks. Are we ready? No, but the berries are.
The patches didn't get pruned this January/February due to severe illness in the family, but the berries are just begging to be picked. Price per pound is $1.50. Please bring your own take them home containers and picking vessels if you have them.
Hours are: 10 am to 7 pm Daily
( barring lack of market help )
(Arrangements can be made for early entry)
Remember, our berries are all natural and never sprayed with any harmful pesticides and can be eaten or frozen right off the bush. Yes, you might find an occasional spider or maybe even an insect of sorts, but just toss it and move on, it's nature.
While weighing out, check out some of the farm fresh produce from eastern PA that we bring in. This is the same produce that we eat and can here at the farm. We even take orders and try our best to meet your canning needs.
Much of our produce is supplied by PA Preferred farmers and supports our PA farmers and agriculture.
Yes, prices are up this year, but they're up on everything from the fuel and fertilizer needed to grow the produce to the fuel needed to go on our weekly purchasing trips.
So, stop on by, support our local business as well as the Farmers that put their all into producing it for us.
Thank you and God Bless.
We accept most forms of payment:
Cash, checks, credit/debit cards and the Farmers Market Nutrition Program checks distributed by WIC and Senior Centers throughout Pennsylvania.
