The Emporium Water Company was the topic at the Rotary luncheon meeting November 30th.
Jerry Crosby (right) an employee of the company, spoke of the history of the company from 1892 when the original Salt Run Reservoir was built up until today. Numerous upgrades have been made since 1991 when Ron Andrews purchased the company. Approximately 1,366 customers are provided the highest quality water which still costs less than 1 penny per gallon. Also pictured is Rotarian, George Sowers.
