Madeline V. DeMark, 88, of 157 S. Main St., Portville, New York formerly of Austin, PA died at Olean General Hospital, Olean on Monday (September 8, 2014) evening. She was born July 2, 1926 in Austin, PA a daughter of the late Dominic and Lena Perry DeMark

Madeline was a kind person and a loving daughter, sister and aunt. She will be greatly missed. She was a certified electrical technician having worked at Sylvania for over 25 years and then for Tau Electronics for several years. She later worked for McGraw Edison from where she retired in 1984. Her early interests were golf, traveling and years ago she even took flight lessons. Madeline enjoyed reading, cooking, word search puzzles and playing bingo.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at the St. Mark Catholic Church, 235 East Fourth Street, Emporium, PA on Friday (September 12, 2014) at 10:30 AM with Rev. Paul S. Siebert, Pastor, as Celebrant. 

Visitation will be at the Barnett Funeral Home on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.
