What is Rebel Strength Co.?
Located in Emporium, and holding classes at the 3rd floor of the Cameron County Christian Center, Rebel Strength Co. is a "small town fitness company, big on sweat"
Participants are invited to join in for 45 minutes of body weight, weight training, and cardio exercise guaranteed to make you stronger. Every movement can be scaled for beginners up to advanced athletes.
Led by trainer Jill Sidelinger, classes are held every Thursday night and most Saturday mornings. We accommodate ALL fitness levels. Cost is $8 per person. Due to limited class size, please only RSVP to the Facebook page, Rebel Strength Co. if you intend to participate.
The studio is located on the 3rd floor of the Cameron County Christian Center (also known as the 4th Street School). Use the entrance at the rear of the building used for Country Blessings drop-offs.
