Frederick C. Marshall

Frederick C. Marshall, 77, of Rich Valley Road died Wednesday, March 27, 2024 in Penn Highlands Elk.

 He was born in St. Marys on January 25, 1947, the son of Charles and Elaine Richards Marshall and was married to Victoria Speaker Marshall who survives. 

 A lifelong resident of Emporium, Fred was a graduate of Cameron County High School and was a member of the Endless Mountains Methodist Church. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and had been employed as a machinist for 35 years by GE Motor Coils in Emporium. Fred loved his airplanes, old cars, gnomes and his cats. 

 Surviving in addition to his wife are: two sons, Allen C. Marshall and Daniel F. (Tammy) Marshall both of Emporium; one daughter, Shelly (Dale) Peters of Emporium; one sister, Judy Marshall (Bob) Schmader of New Mexico; one granddaughter Gabriella A. Marshall; two grandsons, Blaine Farren of Emporium and Tyler Burfield of West Palm Beach, FL; two nieces, Susan Green Ferry and Diane Green; and one great nephew, Noah Policastro. He was preceded in death by his parents.

 There will be no visitation or funeral service. 
 Memorials, if desired, may be made to the Cameron County SPCA, 678 South Mountain Road, Emporium, PA 15834.

  1. Our Emporium families were so important growing up. My father Chester’s family were born and raised in the house next to Freddie’s on Rich Valley Road. Sylvania kept our family moving, but my Marshall roots will always cherish memories from Emporium. My sincere thoughts and prayers to Vicky, the children and all Freddie’s loved ones.
