Elk County Riders ATV On/Off Road Recreation Club
Today is a super exciting day for “Trail of Dreams…An Elk County PA ATV Vision”.
Part of that vision has been realized this morning as PENNDOT was busy putting up road signs opening .8 mile of PENNDOT road from the Gray Hill SR555 intersection to “downtown Benezette”, the area across from the Benezette Store.
This opening allows riding in and from Benezette to travel SR555 to the Spring Run area of Jay Township legally, and in a few months continue legally across the to be constructed Kersey Run bridge to Fox Township and over as far as Cayman Landing area of Treasure Lake.
THIS IS A HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT and one we are very proud of.
In the next few months as we near the completion of the bridge, I will be posting a map of legal riding areas throughout Elk County. Stay tuned for good things happening in Elk County.
