On January 31st, John Kautz (left) joined the Emporium Rotary club as a guest speaker of Diana Boden (right). John presented information about the history of Cameron County and some of the interesting items gathered by the Cameron County Historical Society over the years. John also discussed his book titled Beechwood: Not Just Another Lumbering Sawmill Village. The book was compiled and written by him and is available at the Cameron County Chamber of Commerce.
