Joseph H. Rosette, 78, of Emporium, passed away on (Feb.3,2019) at UPMC Pittsburgh following
a brief illness.
Joseph was born on March 20, 1940, to the late Sylvester and Eva rosette. He attended the Cameron county High School and worked at St. Marys Carbon Plant for 32 years. In retirement he worked at the Cameron County High School.
In his spare time he enjoyed trains,planes and automobiles. Papa Choo Choo was an avid collector of all things old.
He is survived by his wife, Vivian J. Rosette. They just celebrated 55 years of marriage. Also surviving are his daughter and son in law, Yolanda Y. and Douglas D. Miller of Rochester, NY; a son, troy M. Rosette of New Mexico; his very special grandson, Pace Mason Miller; his mother -in -law, Angie Coletti and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Robert rosette; and two sisters, Esther Callahan Powell and Marlene (Lyle) bennett.
There will be no visitation. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
