Emporium Rotarian, Jeana Bolin (left) is shown here with her guest speakers Erin Appleby (center) and Cheri Burdick (right) at the March 21st club meeting. Erin is the President and Cheri is the Vice President of God's Country Barrel Racers. God's Country Barrel Racers' purpose is to "provide horse enthusiasts with a family oriented local organization that will promote the sport of gymkhana and its growth". Their events are held at the Potter County Fairgrounds.
President, Bonnie Smith (left), accepting the Shelter Box Award from ShelterBox Ambassador and District Secretary, Barbara Morgan (right), on behalf of the Emporium Rotary Club on March 21st. ShelterBox is an international disaster relief charity that provides emergency shelter and additional aid items to families around the world who have lost their homes to disaster or conflict. The Emporium Rotary club has made a $1,000 donation to ShelterBox in 2022 to help aid those in need.
Pictured below is Mr. Lopata's second grade class with their Andy and Elmer coloring and activity books donated by the Emporium Rotary Club. The class also discussed Rotary’s 4 Way Test and watched the accompanying video.
