NPRC’s mission is to provide affordable and accessible postsecondary education to the residents of northern Pennsylvania. NPRC provides Associate degrees and associate programs to the residents of northwestern Pennsylvania through quality instruction using interactive technology to create meaningful face-to-face classroom experiences. They normally have 27 locations, but due to COVID, this year is limited to 12 locations one being the Cameron County High School where they currently have several students enrolled.
