Hope L. Bailey, 27, of 1172 Moore Hill Rd., Emporium, PA died in an automobile accident, just outside of Kersey, on route 255 Thursday morning, November 24, 2016.
She was born May 15, 1989 in St. Marys, PA a daughter of Kenneth and Sharon Reed Bailey, Jr., of Emporium
Hope graduated from Cameron County High School in the class of 2007 and attended Clarion University for a year. She then graduated from DuBois School of Cosmetology. After graduating she and a friend opened the Salon 405 in DuBois and worked there for a short time. Hope worked full time at Wise Eyes in DuBois and St. Marys and also part time at GNC all while taking online classes through Liberty University for Psychology. Her goal was to become a military psychologist and help veterans cope, when they come home from deployment. She grew up in the 4H program and enjoyed her horses and the fellowship of being involved.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Survived by her Mother and Father, Sharon and Kenneth Bailey, Emporium,
Brother, Jody Bailey, Emporium; Special niece, Lilli Bailey, Emporium and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held at the First United Methodist Church
306 S Spruce St, Emporium, PA on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Joseph Short, Pastor, officiating.
The family will receive friends before the service at church from 10:00 -11:00 AM
Burial will be in the Moore Hill Cemetery, Emporium, PA
