Chamber Teams up with ECCOTA
Cameron County Chamber of Commerce & Artisan Center working with Elk County Council on the Arts and Pennsylvania Council on the Arts to provide funding opportunities to artists in Cameron County. A free informational meeting is set for September 28 at 5pm at the Camern County Chamber of Commerce & Artisan Center.
Elk County Council on the Arts receives funding from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and has the responsibility of vetting art projects and artists for funding. The funding can be used to create a specific piece of art, or upgrade equipment or studio space where that art is created. Pennsylvania Council on the Arts funds the artist in residency program and continues to look for teachers that can be contracted for the residency program.
