Free Parking in Downtown Emporium
Emporium Borough Council giving Santa’s shoppers a gift with free parking starting this week through the end of the year.
All meters will be covered with hand painted burlap bags.
Employers and downtown residents are asked to remind workers
to keep the parking spaces
open for shoppers.
