I'm very happy to announce that due to popular demand I will be offering an additional morning class on Thursdays!
This class will be a Yoga Strength class, completely customizable and open to ANY AND ALL fitness levels.
No yoga experience required. We will be focusing on yoga poses that isolate and strengthen key muscles (these poses just so happen to help alleviate common body aches and pains) deep core strength, body awareness and mindfulness.
Oh and HEY MAMA'S, we will have a FREE childcare available for this class! If you have little ones and would like 45-50 min of pure strengthening bliss, feel free to message me for details!!
Beginning Thursday October 27th @8:30am.
$6 drop in rate / $50 for 10 class pass.
