Ethel F. Jannotti, 93, of Oak Hill Lane, Emporium, PA died at Guy & Mary Felt Manor, Emporium on Wednesday (November 6, 2013) night.
She was born June 30, 1920 in Bronx, New York a daughter of the late Michael and Matilda Newcott Harrison.

On September 30, 1945 in Bronx, New York she married the late Samuel Jannotti.
After college Mrs. Jannotti worked as an administrative assistant to the CEO of Carney Electrical and Plumbing in New York City. In 1945 she moved to Emporium with her husband Sam who was a track supervisor with Pennsylvania Rail Road. She and Sam later owned and operated the former Homestead Hotel in Emporium from 1964 to 1972. Upon retiring from the Homestead Hotel business she spent her remaining years enjoying her children, grandchildren & great grandchildren. Her family loved her immensely. She was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church in Emporium.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at the St. Mark Catholic Church, 235 East Fourth Street, Emporium, PA on Monday (November 11, 2013) at 10:30 AM with Rev. Paul S. Siebert, Pastor, as Celebrant.
Visitation with Video Tribute will be at the Barnett Funeral Home on Sunday from 2-5 PM.
Burial will be in the St. Mark Catholic Cemetery, Emporium, PA
