The Cameron County
Outdoor Youth Activites group is partnering with 4H/Penn State Ext and Cameron
County Conservation District to run an Outdoor Adventures program on 7/30 and
7/31.
It will take place
at the Andrews Farm from 9:30am and 12:30pm both days.
We will be
gathering and identifying aquatic invertebrates along with other reptiles in the
Salt Run Stream and wetlands area. We will learn about honey bees and Whitetail
deer biology. We will also learn to identify other wildlife that can be found in
the area, by examining furs. Parents are welcome, and please dress for the
weather and getting in the water.
There is a $12.00
fee to cover 4-H Assistants and scholarships are available.
