Three separate burglaries in Cameron County are under investigation by State Police at Emporium.
On January 18, 2012 at about 7:00 am, an unknown actor entered a known victim's residence on Four Mile Road in Shippen Township and removed prescription medications. Trooper Heim is the investigator.
Between November 22 and January 23, 2012, Unknown actor(s) damaged a screen window on the west side of camp owned by Richard D. Valasek of Cadogan, PA, that is located on East Hicks Run Road in Gibson Township. The actor(s) then used an unknown object to pry open a window located on the north side of the camp, entered through the window, rummaged through the camp and fled the scene. Damage was approximately $125.00. Trooper Barnes is the investigator.
Between December 22 and December 27, 2011, Unknown actor gained entry into a cabin at 96 Eva's Way in Grove Township owned by Thomas McBeth of Ruff's Dale, PA. Once inside, the actor made numerous phone calls utilizing the victim's phone. Loss was estimated at $8.26.
Trooper Heim is the investigator.
