Planned Power Outage for May 20, 2023

Planned West Penn Power Outage 

There will be a planned power interruption impacting West Penn Power customers in the vicinity of Emporium and Austin, PA / Emporium Borough, Shippen & Norwich & Portage Townships / Cameron and McKean and Potter Counties.

The interruption is schedule for Saturday, May 20, 2023. A total of 1821 customers will experience a service interruption between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - noon.

Nine of these customers, along S. Broad Street, Emporium, Pa will remain out of power an additional 2 hours while repairs are completed.

Each customer will be notified via the phone number listed on their electric account.
