Shane R Lyon

Shane R Lyon 50, of Emporium Pa, born May 4th, 1970 in Ridgway Pa. Shane passed away unexpectedly on Sept, 7th 2020. 

Shane leaves behind his parents Glen (Joyce) Lyon Jr and Diane (Dale) Gess Jr. His sister April (Josh) Ford, two brothers Alvin (Angela)Lyon, Martin Lyon, and Lisa Gess. His four daughters, Kelsie Lyon, Haley Lyon, Emileigh Carlson, and Kathryn Brown. His two sons, Mark Raffaele and Chad Barnhart. His grandchildren Kaiden and Brooklyn. Several aunts and uncles along with his nieces Kallie, Martina, Maci, Mallory, and a nephew Darien. 

Shane attended Ridgway area school and Cameron County school. Shane has always worked in the woods, and was a lifetime logger, following in his father's footsteps. 

Shane will always be remembered as “Shanesaw” and for his love and passion for logging. That’s where you could always guarantee he was..in the woods. Shane was a wonderful son, brother, father, uncle, grandfather, and friend. Shane would do anything for anyone. 

Unfortunately, Shane battled with addiction and couldn’t overcome his addiction. He will forever be greatly missed by his family. He is proceeded in death by his late fiancé Shelia Causer.
