Cameron County Chamber of Commerce & Artisan Center offering students the opportunity to work on stained glass projects starting Saturday July 21. Students will pay on a sliding scale by the size of the project. The prices range from $8 to $35.
“Stained glass is one of the most popular classes offered and this is an opportunity for students to continue working on the craft,” explains Tina Johns Solak, executive director. Glass, cutting tools, grinders and solder will be available to students.
Also planned this summer is a hand painted HOME sign taught by Sally Azzato on August 8, and a basket class to be scheduled in August. Classes and events can be found on the chamber community calendar at www.cameroncountychamber.org or at www.eventbrite.com.
