Upcoming Happenings @ the Emporium Senior Center: All are welcome to attend.

Tuesday, November 7th— Community Nurse Day! FREE Blood Pressure/Blood Sugar Screenings from 11-11:30am and a short program about “Saving Your Skin” at 11:30am.

Wednesday, November 8th— DCNR Mystery Program with Emily @ 9am!

Monday, November 13th— Helpmates will be here, available to do Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, and Oxygen Screenings from 11:30am-12:00pm.

Monday, November 13th— Club Meeting @ 1pm. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Wednesday, November 15th — Supper Club @ the Court of Angels in Smethport, PA @ 5pm! Please call the Senior Center by the week before to sign up!

Thursday, November 16th—APPRISE Day—Kellie is available to meet and help answer your Medicare questions by appointment. She will also be doing a short presentation around 11:45am. If she is unable to meet with you that day, she can also be reached by phone at 814-776-0428.

Monday, November 20th—Diabetes Program with Colleen DeBoer from Cole Memorial @ 9am!

Tuesday, November 21st— Center Thanksgiving Holiday Meal—Call by 1pm on Tues, Nov 14th to sign up.

Craft and Food Sale - The Emporium Senior Center is beginning preparations for their annual Craft and Food Sale, always held on the 2nd Saturday in December—this year being December 9th from 9am-3pm! Hot soup and other goodies will be available for purchase. You can reserve a table to sell your goods for $5/table by calling the Senior Center at 814-486-3707!

Craft Supplies Wanted -The Emporium Senior Center is on the lookout for a few different supplies for a few projects we are working on. If you have any of the following that you no longer need, feel free to send them our way: Costume Jewelry, Pine Cones, Canning Rings and/or Lids, Beads, Turkey Feathers, or Buttons. Crafty odds and Ends are almost always accepted—you never know what we’ll come up with next!
