Emporium Borough Council President LuAnn Reed select for the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs "Distinguished Service Award". Congratulations to a high school classmate AND member of the Cameron County Penn State Extension Council. Our county sure does produce many fine community spirited folks willing to put in long hours at little or no pay to make things happen!
