FROM RAIN TO SNOW. SNOW WILL END BY THURSDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS DUE TO SNOW COVERED
ROADS. REDUCED VISIBILITY IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW. POSSIBLE
