Two PA. Colleges Offering Free Tuition to Qualified Applicants

Geneva College in Beaver Falls PA and Allegheny College in Meadville are offering free tuition to qualified applicants.

"The Geneva Tuition Promise ensures that all eligible Pennsylvania traditional undergraduate students from families earning less than $70,000 annually will pay no tuition at Geneva College starting with the incoming class in the fall of 2024. To be eligible for the Geneva Tuition Promise a student must have a complete application for admissions by March 1st, 2024, have official residency in Pennsylvania, and be eligible to receive any amount of Pell Grant. "

Allegheny College today introduced a new Commitment to Access Program (CAP) that will cover 100 percent of tuition for Pennsylvania students from families earning an income of $50,000 or less.
CAP is open to new first-year and new transfer students starting at Allegheny in fall 2023, as well as current students for the 2023–24 academic year. The program is renewable for up to four years (eight semesters), as long as income and asset guidelines continue to be met and students remain in good academic standing at the College.
