Jean M. Levey, 62, of 106 E. Second St., Emporium, PA formerly of Wellsville NY, Englewood FL, and Friesland WI died at UPMC-Hamot Medical Center, Erie, PA on Tuesday (March 27, 2018) morning following a lengthy illness.
She was born May 14, 1955 in Randolph, Wisconsin a daughter of LaVerne Cupery Levey Beghein of Englewood, Florida and the late George Levey.
Jean was a Court Clerk in New York State for several years. She moved to Emporium a few years ago to be close to to her daughter and grandchildren who she loved dearly and wanted to spend time with.
In addition to her mother she is survived by a daughter, Bess (Josh) Smith, Emporium; two grandchildren: Joshua & Jackson Smith, two sisters, Brenda (Mike) Wehrle, Nashville, TN and Faye (Jason) Collins, Ft. Worth, TX; brother, John Levey, Englewood, FL.
She was preceded in death by father on Dec. 30, 1998.
There will be No Visitation.
Graveside Services will be held at the convenience of the family in the Friesland Cemetery, Friesland, Wisconsin.
