We’re so excited to welcome back one of our talented crochet artists this season — Amanda Knight with The Knights Wand!
Amanda moved to Cameron County with her young son a couple of years ago and quickly became a vibrant part of our market family. Her colorful, creative crochet work has made her a favorite with shoppers of all ages. From bold garments that fit multiple sizes to accessories like purses, hats, keychains, and headbands, Amanda’s stall is always full of vibrant color and surprises!
Always eager to try new things, Amanda is bringing in even more crochet magic this season. New to her lineup are cozy and clever sourdough sweatshirts (yes, you read that right!), beautifully detailed mandala wall hangings to add color and charm to any space, and handy Aldi coin pouches for the savvy shopper. She’s also created adorable chicken bookmarks to keep your place with a smile and fun, tactile fidget spinners made with her signature crafty twist.
And if you’re feeling lucky— Amanda is bringing back the claw machine to her booth. Kids (and grown-ups too!) can try their luck at grabbing a prize — from sea creatures to silly snakes, there will be something fun in there for everyone!
Amanda will only have a few garments to sell at the markets this year but she is still taking custom orders, so if you don’t find exactly what you’re looking for, she’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.
This year, Amanda has chosen to sell exclusively at our markets, so if you’d like to take home a piece of her vibrant, one-of-a-kind creations, be sure to visit her at the Emporium Town Square throughout the market season.
