This petition has been started after UPMC announced that effective April 7, they will be regionalizing childbirth services at UPMC Cole to UPMC Wellsboro.
Many in our area are alarmed at the distance this will require expecting mothers to travel for childbirth, especially after Penn Highlands Elk transferred all childbirth services to Penn Highlands Dubois.
