Sinnemahoning State Park
The George B. Stevenson Reservoir has frozen over with the cold start to the year.
If you are thinking about ice fishing, remember that ice safety is your responsibility as the park does not actively monitor ice conditions.
In case of emergencies the park does provide ice rescue equipment at three locations around the lake: the boat launch, the ADA fishing pier, and at the base of the dam near Short Bend Run.
