Cameron County Conservation District
At the end of the 2024 school year, the District worked with students at Cameron County School District Environmental Biology class to construct animal tracks in cement to be placed along the Gary Dubler Memorial Natural Trail.
The students did an amazing job building the tracks, along with two students Malakai Zucal and Beckett Bure constructing the boxes the tracks are in.
We took advantage of the beautiful day today to get some pictures along the trail where the tracks are displayed! The trail is located behind the Woodland Elementary School, look for the wooden steps to lead the way.
