Northern Tier Community Action Corporation Head Start & Pre-K Counts
It seems impossible, but we're enrolling for next school year!
If you have a child ages 3-5 and live in the St. Marys or Cameron County School District, you may be eligible!
Our Pre-K program is 100% free, provides breakfast and lunch, and helps prepare your child for kindergarten! Please note: Pre-K Counts is an income-based program, so proof of income is required with the application.
Due to Pre-K regulations, eligible students must turn 3 on or before their district's kindergarten cut-off date and cannot turn 5 after the cut-off date.
What exactly does this mean?
For St. Marys students, your child MUST turn 3 on or before June 1st and cannot turn 5 before June 1st.
For Cameron County students, your child MUST turn 3 on or before July 1st and cannot turn 5 before July 1st.
