Sizerville State Park Environmental Education Programs for the weekend of October 21st  

Program Title: Paint & S’mores – Fall Edition 
Date: Saturday, October 21 st 
Time: 2:00 – 4:00 PM
 Location: Pavilion 1
 Description: Do you love fall? Do you love to paint? This program is for you! Join state park volunteer, Barb Gee, as she shows us how to paint a beautiful fall feature using brushes and sponges. All the supplies needed will be provided along with s'mores to snack on! Feel free to bring other snacks, bottled water, and your creativity!  Program Title: Owl Banding 
Date: Saturday, October 21 st 
Time: 6:30 PM 
 Location: Environmental Learning Center 
Description: Come out and join David and Fay Hauber as they attempt to band Northern Saw-whet Owls right here in Sizerville State Park! We will have a short introduction on owls followed by instructions on what to do and expect during the demonstration. Wear sturdy shoes since we will be walking on trails, and feel free to bring a water bottle, binoculars, and lots of layers!

Additional Information: In case of thunder, lightning, or extreme weather conditions programs may be moved or cancelled.
