Rotary Club of Emporium
This week's guest speaker was Don "Stretch" Reed, Emporium's Borough Manager. Stretch began serving as Borough Manager in 2007 and has since been elected as 2nd Vice President of PA in 2019. In May of this year, State Representative Martin Causer presented Stretch the Governor's Award for Local Government Excellence. Stretch presented his program about cost awareness changes and the strategies in play for our Borough. Stretch was the guest of Rotarian Jill Perry.
