CCOYA also has big news to share about the recent Cameron County Air Rifle State Competition from April 15th.
2 teams competed in the state level event, each in separate categories for the Junior and Senior team divisions. Jessica Lewis, Lili Major, and Emily Oyler succeeded in taking 2nd place in the state for the Junior team division, while Krystal Oyler, Kendra Jackson, and Skylar Stevens took 3rd place in the state for the Senior team division.
Cameron County Outdoor Youth Activities is extremely proud of these ladies’ hard work and discipline to bring home two excellent shooting titles back to Cameron County!
