Martin Kim (right) was the guest speaker of Rotarian, Barry Brown at the last Emporium Rotary Club meeting. Marty Kim is the current Cameron County Emergency Management Director. Marty explained to the club that his office is responsible for coordinating resources between multiple counties in our area to assure that all needs are being met in emergency situations.
