It was a beautiful day for the 73rd annual Flaming Foliage Festival in Renova, PA.
Cameron County was represented by Delaney Rowan.
Delaney is the daughter of Allan and Heather Rowan. She has participated in basketball, volleyball and track. She is a member of the FBLA and is currently serving as vice president, is on the Student Council Board, currently serving as treasurer, a member of Art Honor Society and National Business Honor Society. She is an active member at St. Mark’s Catholic Church. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and boyfriend. Delaney plans to attend St. Bonaventure University majoring in Business Management. Her escort is Dawson Hooftallen, son of Terry and Rhoda Hooftallen.
