Food Market completed its one-year anniversary celebration by presenting checks to five Cameron County organizations. Emporium Food Market provided all the items for the sale and donated the proceeds.

McCann noted, “I wanted to give back to the community that has welcomed me as a business owner”. Promising more giveaways and unique events for the rest of the year including the popular turkey bowling in November.

The organizations receiving checks include: Cameron County Recreation, Cameron County SPCA, Mountaineer Search & Rescue, Emporium Fire Department and Cameron County High School QuarterbackClub. The groups shared $3,000.
