Sylvan Heritage Council
On Friday, August 13th, members of the Sylvan Heritage Council will be helping out the Borough by working on a weeding project in downtown Emporium. If you are interested in helping us, we will welcome you! We plan to meet at 8:00 am in front of 8 E. Fourth Street - or, just show up anytime that day and start pulling! The best tools to bring are a small paint scraper or flat screwdriver and a broom and dustpan. If you own a business/building and prefer we not work in front of it, please send us a DM and we will make note of that. We stand firmly in our belief that beautification is the key to just about everything. Thank you - we'd love to see a few volunteers that day!
