 What is a Rebel Strength class all about? 
We mix cardio and strength training and hit every major muscle group each week. 💪 Easily bored? Every single week is different to keep things interesting. 💪 Nursing an injury or new to working out? Every single movement can be modified for any level. 💪 Uncomfortable working out in front of others? Our station format is perfect for you. No trying to keep up with an instructor at the front of the room. Work at your own pace with no pressure. 
 I have worked really hard to design a system that would be accessible to even the most anxious client. 
It's my goal for no one to ever feel intimidated.

 Coming in August! I'm so excited about this Run Strong series. It's going to be like nothing we've done before. It's specifically designed for runners to gain mobility and strength, vital components to run harder, faster, and stay injury free. Mark your calendars for August 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd!


The Run Strong Series is a 4-session program designed to give runners the tools to run more efficiently while significantly reducing their risk of injury. This is not a cardio or Hit class. Instead we will focus on mobility and strength to promote strong and healthy hips, knees, and ankles throughout the kinetic chain.
