Past District Governor & current District Membership Chairman, Jim Eberly, was the guest speaker at the Rotary luncheon meeting May 18th. Jim joined Rotary in 1986, and is a member of the Rotary Club of State College/Downtown serving in various leadership and training positions and named Rotarian of the Year on 3 occasions. Jim spoke about the steps Rotarians can take to increase and retain membership. The Emporium Rotary Club currently has 53 members.
