My brother found this 6 years ago while hunting in the Emporium area and it looks sentimental.
He posted it on Facebook page years ago and has not found the owner. This is a long shot but I thought I would try one more time since lots of hunters use this Facebook site. ( Lots of Sinnamahoning & Driftwood Friends)
