The Russell E Rhoads Ice Fishing event is held yearly ( weather cooperating ) in honor of Russell E Rhoads Jr "Rusty" who unexpectedly passed away Dec. 28, 2017 in an automobile accident. Rusty was a member of the Rod & Gun Club and loved hunting and fishing
