Dear Voter; Due to the uncertainty of the times related to the COVID-19 Virus, the Cameron County Board of Elections has decided to offer every Registered Voter the opportunity to VOTE BY MAIL IN BALLOT.
The Board of Elections feels this is the most proactive step we can take to afford every registered voter the chance to cast their vote while still maintaining Governor Wolf's "Stay at Home" order.
It is unknown when this pandemic will pass and we can all return to "business as usual". In taking action now, we believe we are alleviating the stress of the unknown of how this election process will flow in the state of Pennsylvania.
Ways to apply for a Mail In ballot:
- Print from County Website (www.cameroncountypa.com) and return to our office via mail or place in Drop Box at the Courthouse
- Contact our office and an application will be mailed to you for returning
- Apply online via www.votespa.com
- Some candidates and/or political parties have sent out applications to registered voters. You may use those applications also and return to our office.
Due to the extended processing time for each ballot application, please apply for the ballot as soon as possible.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY APPLIED FOR A MAIL IN OR ABSENTEE BALLOT, PLEASE DO NOT REAPPLY.
Please stay safe.
Thank you, Cameron County Board of Elections
