As part of the vector-borne disease team program development, we have launched a survey through Qualtrics to try to get an idea of the current knowledge of citizens of the commonwealth on ticks, tick-borne disease, and tick bite prevention and control. More information on the team and the survey can be found in the write up in Penn State News.
We are trying to get as wide a distribution as possible and to get responses from a range of demographics and interests. If you have a moment, we would appreciate your responses and if you have any groups or organizations that you work within PA (professionally or personally), we would certainly appreciate your forwarding this as well.
