Cathy Straub, guest speaker at the July 2nd Rotary luncheon meeting presented a slide show of photographs from a July 2018 Alaska trip. The travel included Cathy and husband, Ken, Linda Slyder and Meg Whiting, along with Cathy’s lifelong friends, Rita Zuchelli and Denise and Wes Bernard. Photos documented a 4 day trip of local cities, glaciers, state and national parks, a trip by rail and a 7 day cruise through the Inside Passage. The photos captured wildlife in Alaska including a grizzly bear, moose, bald eagles, golden eagles, ptarmigans, fox, salmon, whales and seals.
Guests attending the meeting were Mariah Reed and Linda Slyder.
