...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM SATURDAY TO 4 PM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 12 to 15 inches are expected.

* WHERE...North-central Pennsylvania to the north of I-80.

* WHEN...Snow starting Saturday afternoon becoming heavy at times through Saturday night. Snow ending Sunday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be very difficult to impossible. Gusty winds 25-35 mph on Sunday will cause significant blowing and drifting snow. Temperatures will drop into the single digits Sunday afternoon with dangerous wind chills expected Sunday night into Monday.
