Stella C. Pushcar

Stella C. Pushcar, 95, of 205 W. Seventh St., Emporium, PA died at daughters residence, Emporium, PA Friday morning (September 7, 2018). She was born March 13, 1923 in Emporium, PA a daughter of the late Frank and Mary Olivett Livoto. On July 16, 1951 in Emporium she married the late Andrew Pushcar. Stella graduated from Emporium High School and during the war she worked at Sylvania. She was a member of Saint Mark Catholic Church, CD of A, and had been involved with the funeral luncheon committee at the church. Stella was an avid reader, enjoyed crocheting and was a member of the Seventh Street Card Club for over 40 years. She loved spending time with her family. 

She is survived by a son, Michael (Cheryl) Pushcar, Cheyenne, WY; and a daughter, Mary "Tootsie" (Rich) Stuart, Emporium; six grandchildren: Ryan, Megan, Jamie, Aaron, Shaun and Joel; ten great grandchildren; one great great grandson. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a sister, Julie Livoto. 

There will be No Visitation. 

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at the St. Mark Catholic Church, 235 East Fourth Street, Emporium, PA on Monday (September 10, 2018) at 9:00 AM with Rev. Paul S. Siebert, Pastor, as Celebrant.

 Burial will be in the St. Mark Catholic Cemetery, Emporium, PA
