Elk program and pontoon tours at Sinnemahoning

The weekend of September 15-16, 2018, Sinnemahoning State Park is offering the last regular pontoon boat tours of the season and a program on elk behavior.

Understanding Elk Behavior - Saturday, September 15, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM. Mid-September through October is elk mating season in PA. Learn to read elk behavior this season by understanding herd dynamics, body language & vocalizations. This free interactive program will be led by park staff in the Wildlife Center Classroom.

Pontoon Boat Tours - Sunday, September 16, 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, & 1:30 PM. Join park staff for a relaxing and informative one-hour tour of the George B. Stevenson Reservoir. Last regular pontoon tours of the season. Seats are still available, but reservations are recommended. Donations requested. Lake Day Use Area.
